At Mylar Exoticz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at Mylarexoticz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please keep in mind:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not issued for used items or returns requested after 14 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us at timelesscollectibles01@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and provide clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
